密 评估胶体污染可能

胶体污染可能性
※ 膜系统的污垢有:粘土、重金属、硅胶、藻类和细菌。结垢可用污染密度指数(SDI)和浊度测
试评价。
絮凝剂
※ 当介质过滤的SD!和浊度值高,需要对原水选择合适的絮凝剂。絮凝剂的添加能明显改善过滤后的水质。合适的絮凝剂量通过定量的原水调整絮凝剂的用量来确定,
阻垢剂
※ 选用合适的阻垢剂通过对RO进水水质分析,系统回收率和进水温度确定,离子浓度与回收率温度、PH、膜种类有关,用TYCKOSON加药软件计算阻垢剂的用量。
生物附着物
※ 经常引起RO系统处理能力下降的原因是生物附着。如浓水管路中庞大数量的细菌粘液并伴随腥臭味就意味着生物附着。
取水样
※ 确定絮凝剂的添加需取在介质过滤器前未添加任何化学药剂时的水样。测试水样胶体污染需取
介质过滤器之后和添加阻垢剂之前的水样。

The addition of flocculant can obviously improve the water quality after filtration. The appropriate flocculation dose is determined by adjusting the dosage of flocculant with quantitative raw water.
Antiscale agent
The system recovery rate and inlet water temperature were determined through the analysis of inlet water quality of RO. Ion concentration was related to recovery temperature, PH and membrane type. TYCKOSON dosing software was used to calculate the amount of scale inhibitor.
Biological attachment
* Biological attachment is often the cause of reduced processing capacity of RO systems. For example, a large amount of bacterial mucus in a thick pipe with a fishy odor indicates biological attachment.
Water sampling
※ To determine the addition of flocculant, take the water sample before adding any chemical agent in the medium filter. Test for water colloidal contamination
