铜基合金载体化学机理
1. 当水通过铜基合金时，合金材料不断释放自由电子，降低了水的阳离子浓度，从而降低了结垢指数；
2. 铜基合金的作用是在管壁和水体之间形成弱电场，随后水介质发生极化现象，这使水垢的晶体结构由“方解石”转变为“文石”，石比方解石更易溶解，从而实现防垢的目的；
3. 当水偶极子通过静电场时，每个水偶极子将按正负顺序依次排列。随后溶解在水中的CaCO3等盐的正负离子会被水偶极子包围，并且在水偶极子基团中也按正负顺序排列，不能自由移动。因此CaCO3不会在管壁附近沉积，在管壁上形成结皮。

Chemical mechanism of copper-based alloy supports

Subsequently, the positive and negative ions of dissolved salts such as CaCO3 in water will be surrounded by water dipoles, and also arranged in a positive and negative order in the water dipole group, and cannot move freely. Therefore, CaCO3 can not be deposited near the pipe wall and form limescale on the pipe wall.
